Delivery areas & fees

Quiet Bloom delivers across Melbourne and selected VIC locations (where available at checkout). Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on suburb and distance.

Delivery days & time windows

  • We deliver on the days shown at checkout.

  • Delivery times are provided as an estimated window. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, public holidays).

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery may be available depending on capacity and the cut-off time shown at checkout. If same-day delivery is not available, the earliest available delivery date will be shown.

Recipient not home / no safe place

If no one is available to receive the order:

  • If there is a safe place to leave the delivery, we may leave it at the address at the driver’s discretion.

  • If there is no safe place or access is not possible, the order may be returned and a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Quiet Bloom is not responsible for loss or damage after delivery where a customer requests the order to be left unattended.

Incorrect address / delivery issues

  • Please ensure the delivery address, contact name, and phone number are correct at checkout.

  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed and a re-delivery fee may apply.

Substitutions

Seasonal availability may require substitutions. We will keep the style and value as close as possible to the original design.
